Yay! Our new place has MUCH better parking. There are some available onsite (unless marked by other shops). Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking on Woodside Ave and Gladstone Road.

Green Fee

Each time you visit our sustainable salon your service bill includes a small green fee of just $3.  You can read all about what positive impact is made to our planet thanks to your $3 contribution through sustainable salons.

Booking & Cancellation

For your convenience a confirmation message is sent out prior to your booking. Please reply YES to your confirmation asap, so we know you are coming. No shows will be invoiced the full booking cost. Cancellations within 48hours of your booking may result in losing your deposit or a cancellation fee invoiced to you if we cannot fill the time. Cancellations outside of 48 hours are refundable minus any booking admin fee or can be credited to your account in full for future or retail purchases. If you are late to your booking we may have to cut your services short to keep running on time however we still need to charge the full amount of original booking. Failing to arrive on time, not showing or cancelling late not only affects the business it also affects your stylists wages and disrupts their day. We try to be understanding of everyone’s situation and will never hold any malice towards you and always welcome you back to our chair if the above happens, however our boundaries are necessary to the running nature of our business as we rely on being booked to run our business efficiently. We appreciate your understanding and valuing our time and business.

Salon Sickness

If you are unwell, please reschedule your hair journey/booking. We usually require 48hours notice to avoid cancellation fees so please let us know at your earliest convenience if you are unwell. On arrival if there is any noticeable sign of illness you may regrettably be asked to come back another time. If you knowingly come to your booking unwell we may request your full booking cost. Our stylists will also give you the same respect.

Hair Adjustments

Your hair journey is important to us – if you feel your style isn’t working for you, we will do our best to find a solution for you. Adjustments are to be done within 10 salon days from your original booking at no cost to you. Any adjustments made because of change of mind or unrealistic expectations, or not following our recommended hair maintenance plan, will come at a cost to you. 

Promo Offers

Unless stated otherwise, no promo offers are accepted on late nights, Saturdays or in December. We reserve the right to choose a time and stylist best suited for the salon when we accept promo offers. Promotions must be used on full adult hair services only over $150 and not valid with any other offers or with Junior/Emerging Stylist or Director. Offers expire within 6 months of issue unless stated otherwise and are to be redeemed in one transaction, no credit or change will be given. Cannot be used on product purchases.
