Parking

We have 2 signed carpark’s for Wabi Sabi clients to use out front in the parking bay. There are some free to park spaces available onsite (unless marked by other shops, please note you could be towed at your own risk if parking in other shops parking). Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking on Woodside Ave and Gladstone Road.

A beautiful, calming salon & experience. I always find it hard to stay awake as it’s so relaxing. Beautiful teas are offered, as well as healthy snacks & sparkling water. Green Fee

Each time you visit our sustainable salon your service bill includes a small green fee of just $5.  You can read all about what positive impact is made to our planet thanks to your $5 contribution through sustainable salons.

Booking & Cancellation

• We send out confirmation texts up to 4 days before your appointment to give you plenty of time to make changes if needed. We know life can be unpredictable, and this early reminder is to help you avoid any cancellation fees.
• If you do need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening and ensures everything runs smoothly for our team.
• Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) may result in a fee of $50 for Cuts/Styling or $120 for Colour/Keratin services, and no-shows may be invoiced for the full booking amount.
• Running late? No problem, we’ll do our best to adjust, but please know your service may be shortened, and full charges will still apply.

Salon Sickness

If you are unwell, please reschedule your hair journey/booking. We usually require 48hours notice to avoid cancellation fees so please let us know at your earliest convenience if you are unwell. On arrival if there is any noticeable sign of illness you may regrettably be asked to come back another time. If you knowingly come to your booking unwell we may request your full booking cost. Our stylists will also give you the same respect.

Hair Adjustments

Your hair journey is important to us – if you feel your style isn’t working for you, we will do our best to find a solution for you. Adjustments are to be done within 10 salon days from your original booking at no cost to you. Any adjustments made because of change of mind or unrealistic expectations, or not following our recommended hair maintenance plan, will come at a cost to you. 

Promo Offers

Unless stated otherwise, no promo vouchers are accepted on late nights, Saturdays or in December. We reserve the right to choose a time and stylist best suited for the salon when we accept promo offers. Promotions must be used on full adult hair services only over $150 and not valid with any other or Director. Promos expire within 6 months of issue unless stated otherwise and are to be redeemed in one transaction, no credit or change will be given. Cannot be used on product purchases.
