NEW GUEST TO THE TRIBE
We are so excited to start helping you on your hair journey in our sustainable relaxed environment. Firstly we need to make some time to meet you, introduce you to our welcoming wellness space and make a plan for you. This is our HAIR JOURNEY CONSULTATION which simply involves, discussing ideas and options best suited for you, planning your healthy hair maintenance, a possibly mini hair colour test strand and allergy test which includes a small colour patch test on the inner elbow or behind the ear and requires to be done 48 hours prior to first colour booking with us. There is a $50 non-refundable consultation fee for this 15-20 minute consultation to cover our time spent with you and is redeemable towards your first booking with us or redeemable on products. This can be done virtually if there is no option for you to get to the salon prior to your first booking. Please just ask us, we are here to make it work for you.
SALON SICKNESS AND COVID-19 POLICY
Please we ask you to reschedule your hair journeys with us with as much notice as possible if you are feeling unwell at all. Any sign of illness you will regrettably be ask to leave and reschedule. If you have been in contact with anyone who has been overseas or have been tested for covid-19 and awaiting a test, please do not under any circumstances enter the salon for at least 14 days. We have an obligation to our team and everyone who enters our salon to keep a safe place.
Our tribe are monitoring the government updates and guidelines very closely and keeping our guests health is important to us.
We continue to follow our usual plus extra hygiene practices in salon and are following all regulations and adapting as they change. We have New Edition hand sanitizer available to use and ask everyone who enters to use this and spraying all surfaces with there 30 day surface spray between every client as usual. New edition is tested against covid-19.
We appreciate your understanding and we will do our best to do the right thing by everyone! We apologies if we cannot be of service to you at any point as this is upsetting for us as much as it is for you.
We appreciate that things happen outside of your control and try to be gentle and understanding when things don’t work out!
A confirmation message is sent out for your convenience 48 hours prior to your hair journey. We kindly ask you to respond YES to confirm when you find a moment too. If we fail to hear from you within 12 hours we will regrettably be forced to cancel your hair journey to allow for other guests to book in so we can continue to grow. If we do not fill your session time you may forfeit your deposit or a cancellation fee of 50% may be applied to your next visit.
Please note gift cards expire within 12 months of purchase unless agreed upon otherwise.
